April is the month in which Brazil was discovered and to celebrate it, we invite you to join Brazilvox and DJ dr. Musco for a night of live Brazilian music accompanied by the sexy and funky selection from dr. Musco’s large collection of sophisticated produced records.
Brazilvox brings Brazilian flavor to the Bay Area with Samba, Funk, Samba Reggae, Brazilian Pop (MPB), Forro and many other Brazilian styles. The seven-piece band plays a mix of original music and unique arrangements of some of Brazil’s greatest music – from Chico Buarque to Seu Jorge.

SFDG Presents is proud to host BlaqJeff for a rare West Coast appearance. A founding member of the ADG in New York City, BlaqJeff has been spinning deep and funky tech-house for over two decades. BlaqJeff is a resident at Kush where he is currently curating the Friday Night Kush Sessions. His guests include renowned DJ’s such as Scott Wozniak, Kevin Yost, Mr. V, Juan Maclean, and many more.
SFDG will feature an opening set from DJ Lo-Fi, who recently relocated to San Francisco from New York City where he was part of the ADG crew with BlaqJeff. He will be followed up by Darrel B., co-founder of SFDG who also comes with an East Coast/West Coast Pedigree. After that, enjoy the stylings of Dr. Musco who hosts radioshows on MSK.fm and Party934.com. The night wraps up with MsManya of 90hz.org, DJ Kugler of Housework, and Shiva Tiffany, no stranger to the club scene of San Francisco.
